Sorry about the delay. But I am sure it will be worth it in the end.
I am really sorry to hear this news. I know what this delay means and I am happy to see you making the best of it. It gives you more time, but I think wevall will use whatever time we have. Maybe just me.
They actually can pick a date like that on a subdivision build. It is like well oiled machine with so many working on the project. A week before your closing, the detail people go in, a dozen of them, working the final issues and its complete on your day. They do itvall the time, but, I am amazed because I am not a builder.
With such a huge delay and how much they have put you out, I hope they are compensating you in some way.
Your patience will pay off. I'm sure of it. I am waiting for the good news! You know it comes after the bad news!

Exact same thing happened with our house … we were told August and we couldn’t move in until end of October… 2002.
