There are many stores both inside and outside of the bus station of Szolnok, Hungary. Today I show a few outside stores.
First I would like to mention the "Hong Fa" Chinese (Cantonese) fast food restaurant.
There are not/just only Chinese food in it, but also American and Thai, and they are relatively affordable. There are many sweet and spicy foods. Even the American chicken is sweet. A big portion costs around $4.01 USD (1250 HUF) ($1 USD is currently worth 311.80 HUF). And this is the average price, so you can get most of the menus for this price.
I have not tried any of the foods from this restaurant so far, so I cannot write anything about their taste. I wrote the above based on the menu written on the wall outside of the restaurant.
There is an underwear store and a pub to the right side of this restaurant.
There are clothing stores (sport clothes, child clothes) to the left side of this restaurant.
Moving further to the left direction, there is a computer store/shop and service.
A few minutes later a GLS car stopped in front of the Chinese restaurant. They waited long minutes there. I did not saw what they brought, because my bus came, and I needed to get up to the bus to go home.
This is it for today's Market Friday. Maybe I will introduce the other stores in and around the bus station of Szolnok, Hungary on another Friday.

Do you traval a lot throughout HU or just on random days? :D
Throughout? No. I have not visited most parts of the country so far. Nowadays I mostly travel between the village and Szolnok (to and from work). Rarely I visit other cities and villages, mostly in the nearby area.
I could easily do however, because the public transport is free for me in the big cities of the country, and there is a 90% discount outside of the cities. This discount is because of my multiple disabilities.

And it is not that I have not tried Chinese dish at all. I just have not tried this restaurant's foods.
I tried some kind of Chinese food a few years ago in the Wok n' Go restaurant in Tesco Extra in Szolnok, Hungary, but I do not remember what it was. Only that it was some kind of sweet meat.
But I indeed have not tried Thai food so far, so maybe I will try one of the Thai foods in the Hong Fa fast food restaurant.

Oh Thai food can be spicy!
They use sweet basil and jalapenos and other spices for their dishes a lot.
Pho, which is a soup dish, is very good and simple. Not spicy at all, if you take out the jalapenos.
That is one similarity with Hungarian foods. I like spicy foods. For example I put "Erős Pista" in soups, and I put peppers into various things, for example scrambled eggs. I eat a lot of things spicy. Not just/only Hungarian foods. For example pizza, gyros. By the way, I heard that Korean food can also be spicy. Hopefully I can try Korean food too someday.
I like Korean Barbeque!!! The dips may be spicy!
Although can’t understand the writing in the menu but it is really great to know the experience of you.

it is very convenient when such different shops are close by. if you suddenly remembered that you forgot to buy something, then here is the store. we also have a lot of different shops at bus stations with clothes and various little things. and of course a large number of various cafes - how can you go without food! 😁
The funny thing about this is that these shops are not close to me. I live approximately 27 km from Szolnok city in a village.
