Fats are found mostly in meat, chicken, milk products, butters, creams, avocado, cooking oils and fats, cheese, fish and ground nuts.In fat there are saturated ( solid at room temperature) and unsaturated ( liquid at room temperature).

VITAMINS: Vitamins are groups of related substances present in small amounts in foodstuffs and are necessary for the body to function normally. Vitamins are also called protective foods. Vitamins are classified into two : Fat soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E and K) and Water soluble vitamins (vitamins B and C, and folic acid)

Nice job with this... Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes. lol

Cheers!

Better be oo
Potatoes are good to health

The beautiful thing about sweet potatoes apart from the health benefits that you have enumerated and enunciated here is that it is also cheap and affordable to many people in Nigeria.
Kudos!

I think there's more agreement in what nutrients we need than in what those nutrients should be packed in. Some argue against meat, others against dairy (more than 50% of the human population has issues with lactose), others against grains . . . we know what nutrients we should eat, but we don't know what we should eat them as!

Thats why I love sweet potatoes. Its delicious and good in digestion. Its also cheap

Like seriously
Cheap and delicious
