Every day I like to innovate, do new things with my girls, where we spend valuable time sharing and learning. They are beautiful and special moments of teaching-learning that are kept in the chest of memories of our hearts.
Cada día me gusta innovar, hacer cosas nuevas con mis nenas, donde pasemos tiempo valioso compartiendo y aprendiendo. Son lindos y especiales momentos de enseñanza-aprendizaje que se guardan en el cofre de los recuerdos de nuestros corazones.
Among the materials I used: White recycling sheets, a ruler, brightly colored markers, various colored papers, a pencil, a small glass to make circles and scissors.
Entre los materiales hice uso de: Hojas blancas de reciclaje, regla, marcadores de colores vistosos, papeles de varios colores, lápiz, un vaso pequeño para hacer circunferencias y tijera.
Activity 1: / Actividad # 1:
1- The first thing I did was fold a sheet of paper in half and cut it out. Using a pencil and ruler, I made a grid of 5 squares horizontally and 7 vertically.
1- Lo primero que hice fue doblar una hoja a la mitad y recortarla, en esta realice con ayuda del lápiz y regla una cuadrícula de 5 cuadros en horizontal y 7 en vertical.
2- With the other part that was left over from the sheet when folding and cutting, I proceeded to fold it in half to obtain another smaller grid of 2 horizontal and 5 vertical squares, inside place some symbols like the ones shown below.
2- Con la otra parte que sobro de la hoja al doblar y recortar, procedí a doblarla a la mitad para obtener otra cuadrícula más pequeña de 2 cuadros horizontal y 5 en vertical, dentro coloque algunos símbolos como los que se muestran a continuación.
3- The next step is to capture the symbols of the second within the first grid without any specific order. As well as cutting out 5 types of paper of different colors that identify each one, look at the following image.
3- El siguiente paso es plasmar dentro de la primera cuadrícula los símbolos de la segunda sin ningún tipo de orden en específico. Así como recortar 5 tipos de papeles de distintos colores que identifique a cada uno, fíjate en la siguiente imagen.
Activity 2: / Actividad # 2:
1- On another sheet, make a small grid of 8 horizontal and 2 vertical squares at the top. In the first horizontal row in blue marker I wrote down the numbers from 1 to 8 and in the second I made small circles of different shades in markers.
1- En otra hoja realice en la parte superior una pequeña cuadrícula de 8 cuadros horizontales y 2 verticales. En la primera fila horizontal en marcador azul anote los números del 1 al 8 y en la segunda realicé pequeñas circunferencias de distintas tonalidades en marcadores.
2- With the help of a small glass I began to make some circles with a pencil and inside to place colored dots on each one with the markers; each circumference different from the other and based on the tones of the upper strip.
2- Con la ayuda de un pequeño vaso comencé a realizar unas circunferencias con lápiz y dentro a colocar en cada una puntos de colores con los marcadores; cada circunferencia distinta al otro y en base a las tonalidades de la franja superior.
3- Under each circle place numbers. You can place some that do not appear as a strategy to create a moment of confusion and see the little one's ability to resolve at home.
3- Debajo de cada circunferencia colocar números. Puedes colocar algunos que no aparecen como estrategia de crear un momento de confusión y ver la capacidad de resolución del pequeño en casa.

And so it must go from piece of paper to piece of paper, placing them correctly where they belong. / Y así debe ir de papelito en papelito colocándolos de manera acertada donde corresponden.
Benefits of the activity:
They learn basic concepts of coding and logic through colors through this game or strategy.
They learn to receive instructions on how to develop and/or solve the activity.
The little ones in the house learn and reinforce knowledge about colors.
Fine motor skills are worked on and strengthened by taking each piece of paper with the fingers as a clamp; in turn, use a pencil to make the lines that join the points of the second proposed activity.
Enhances the cognitive skills of boys and girls.
Encourages problem solving.
It is a way for them to spend time entertained, concentrated and sharing together as a family helping in this activity.
Develops attention.
Beneficios de la actividad:
Aprenden conceptos básicos de codificación y lógica a través de los colores mediante este juego o estrategia.
Aprenden a recibir instrucciones en cuanto a como desarrollar y/o resolver la actividad.
Aprenden y refuerzan los conocimientos en cuanto a colores los más pequeños de la casa.
Se trabaja y fortalece la motricidad fina en el hecho de tomar con los dedos a modo de pinza cada papelito; a su vez en usar lápiz en hacer los trazos que unan los puntos de la segunda actividad propuesta.
Potencia las habilidades cognitivas de los niños y niñas.
Fomenta la resolución de problemas.
Es una manera de que pasen un rato entretenidos, concentrados y compartiendo todos juntos en familia ayudando en esta actividad.
Desarrolla la atención.
The simplicity of the activity does not take away from how good and entertaining it was for them. / La sencillez de la actividad no le quito lo bueno y entretenido que fue para ellas.

Great activity for early coding. I only have one question regarding your second actviity, with the colored dots.
Is there any rule on how to decode those? I mean you can go from one colored dot to another, in any order the child choses to go, randomly? We can go from one dot to another, in order?
