HIVE POWER UP DAY - INTERNATIONAL
I am totally breaking out in HIVES over this. This May 1st, 2020 will be the 1 Year Anniversary of the actual first POWER UP DAY that began on the Steem Blockchain, but now continues to take place on the HIVE BLOCKCHAIN. I am sure I have said this before, but when I first tentatively brought out the idea of creating a Power Up Day to show support for the blockchain we all believed in, I expected to find a little support and then that it would just fade away to get lost amongst the many other successful projects taking place on blockchain. Yet, many found the initiative of having a communal monthly power up day as positive and began to participate, and even support it with prize sponsorships.
At one point, while Power Up Day took place on the Steem Blockchain it had prizes totaling over 16,000+ in Power Up Delegation prizes. Now, on the HIVE Blockchain we don't have as much in prizes as we did before yet we continue the tradition of Powering Up on the 1st of the Month with this one marking a 1 year anniversary of Power Up Day as well as coinciding with International Workers' Day. Since members of a hive in the real world are considered workers, so too members of the HIVE Blockchain are online Blockchain "workers" too, which fits perfect with HIVE BLOCKCHAIN and HIVE-PUD-INTL. The Hive Blockchain and its social media cryptocurrency ecosystem empowers each and every member of the HIVE, and by POWERING UP your HIVE COIN, you demonstrate support and belief in the HIVE BLOCKCHAIN and the members of the HIVE SWARM, which is each and every one of us.

What is HIVE-PUD-INTL & How Will It Help?
HIVE-PUD-INTL stands for HIVE POWER UP DAY INTERNATIONAL, (HIVE-PUD) takes place the first day of every month.
On this day:
• We ask that all that are able to POWER UP any amount of HIVE COIN they have on HIVE-PUD-INTL day.
• We ask accounts that are currently Powering Down, to put a Stop on Powering Down for that Day, and if desired to commence the Power Down the following day.
• We ask that those that trade or sell Hive, to Not Sell or Trade Hive on HIVE-PUD-INTL Day, but to do it the day before or after if possible. Also, to cancel any type of Sell Order on the Exchanges.
The prizes are meant to incentivize the smaller members of the HIVE, the young bees looking to turn blogging nectar in honey for the HIVE. By Powering Up Hive coins into Hive Power, members of the HIVE show support for the HIVE BLOCKCHAIN and the HIVE Community while helping to grow their own account as well.

Rules to Win Prizes for HIVE-PUD-INTL :
MUST have a reputation score BELOW 70.00 ( so 69.99 is good & Can participate.) AND more than 300 HIVE POWER (prior to HIVE-PUD-INTL) BUT LESS than 8000 HIVE Power.
MUST have a reputation score of 39 & ABOVE (so rank of 38.99 will Not Win)
MUST have at least 1 HIVE Post in their blog about HIVE-PUD-INTL
MUST Power Up HIVE COIN on MAY 1st, 2020
On MAY 1st, you MUST make a post about your POWER UP. It can be as simple as "I powered up X amount of HIVE COIN" to a simple picture/screenshot of your Power Up and posted to your HIVE blog, or it could be a super long dissertation on HIVE Power. IMPORTANT: use HIVE-PUD-INTL hash tag so that I can be sure to see them.
The winners Must meet all 5 requirements, and it will be based on the Biggest HIVE Power Up PERCENTAGE, not the biggest Power Up. This means that it will be based on the ratio between your current amount of HIVE Power and the amount you power up on MAY 1st.
For Example:
If you have 1000 HIVE Power already powered up prior to MAY 1, and on MAY 1 you complete steps 1-5 with a 100 HIVE Power Up,
and
another HIVE member has 300 HIVE Powered up prior to MAY 1, and on MAY 1st Powers Up 60 HIVE Coin, then this 2nd user would be winning with a 20% power up versus the first example with a bigger power up but smaller percentage of only 10% based on their account.

As for the event, it happens on the 1st every month, so this one will be May 1st. I announce the UNOFFICIAL Winners' list on the 2nd/3rd and give everyone a 24 hour window to let me know if I erred or missed them, at which point I them post the OFFICIAL Winners' list on the 4th of the month. At that point the sponsors can then release the prizes.
This works out well for the bigger prizes since they are 3 weeks (21) day delegations, leaving 5 days to un-delegate and be ready for the next PUD event.

Just a short idea... maybe you should change the hashtag in the future to be WITHOUT the "slash"... I mean the "-", as I think that on Twitter it can't be used like that... and Twitter is a good way of promotion...

As for the size of the prizes, it is ok. The original PUD day I think had none, so it has come a long way nonetheless, even on this new blockchain. Hopefully it will grow even bigger than before, which I think it might. Thank you again, and take care.
