Hello dear community and new users on Hive,
you're new to Hive and you want to start posting?
But your RC power runs out very fast?
No problem.
I take my work as a Witness seriously and I want to help the Blockchain grow.
Therefore I distribute a small delegation to all users who contact me and have already shown that they can write good content.
At the moment I get 1 HP every 10 hours as Witness and would like to invest it back into the blockchain.
The delegation will stay with you until I check it and I am sure that you have a base of hive power yourself.
Rules of the game:
- No spam.
- the first hive should not be paid out, but should be powered up.
I'm not asking you to do anything.
@esteemapp you create many accounts but unfortunately you do not give any power.
This is a great initiative to do! A lot of the newer people definitely have issues transacting on here due to low RC. Although I understand the need to create free accounts instantly, we also need a way to get RC out to those people. There’s a recent bot that goes out to look for people who are low on RC and has them click a link to request delegation for 7 days. It’s been successful I think, it’s helped 2 people I’ve talked to.
Hopefully you are able to get people to request some delegation!

I very often look for new users and watch to motivate them and keep them on the Hive.
Unfortunately I am only a "relatively small user".
But if there are a lot of users, this would work out well.
Exactly.
The app esteemapp is really good. It brings many new users to the Hive.
But they can't do anything and lose their motivation.
The more of us that do it, the better the environment becomes! I try to get out there and engage with the new users, give them tips and advice. I didn't get any of that in the beginning for me but I stuck through it because I liked the concept. Lots of people won't have that dedication so we have a greater chance of losing them.
Keep up the great work you're doing! It really does matter!

Actually it happened on me for the first few weeks after creating an account here. Hope that you can help new comers on that way but how can they know you if they arw new?

Instead of investing the hive power in new users?

We have implemented in Ecency/Esteem mobile app to request delegations if your RC is low, but we haven't rolled it out yet because we are bundling everything into major release of Ecency. All powerdown from good-karma account is going for servers and development costs as well as preparing for delegation service we will launch with new releases.
