Ahead of Eid al-Fitr, Bireuen City Traffic Flows are Stalled.

Bireuen City road conditions today Thursday, May 21, 2020 in a state of traffic jams, some of the downtown streets now look crowded with vehicles. This long traffic jam is very rare in Bireuen District, Aceh Province.

Ahead of Eid Al-Fitr, the City of Santri is always crowded by people from various regions, some shopping centers are always crowded by people who want to shop for daily needs and the need to welcome Eid.

Traffic congestion can be seen on Simpang Empat Bireuen Street, Ramai Street, Andalas Street, Pasar Ikan Lama Street and VOA Bireuen Street. Even though the atmosphere is still in the Corona Pandemic, Bireuen City is always crowded by the people. The congestion made the Bireuen Regional Police Traffic Unit Member swiftly parse the traffic and regulate traffic flow, but the vehicle flow remained high.

Congestion is also caused by irregular careless vehicle parking by the vehicle owner, resulting in a long traffic jam. In fact, many people who use vehicles are passing traffic lights.
