10 Easy Ways to Burn Calories Quickly

If you have no time to exercise, I have 10 easy ways to help you burn calories quickly. Let's try.

  1. Dance with music.

  2. Play with your pets; i.e. dogs, cats, etc.

  3. Wash your car, watering trees in your garden, etc.

  4. Lift your legs up and down while washing dishes. This can strengthen your legs muscles.

  5. Lift laundry basket up and down between your chest and over your head. This will help strengthen your shoulder, upper arms and upper back muscles.

  6. While there are advertisements on TV, you may walk around the room for slight exercise.

  7. Sit in a chair with wheels and stretch your arms to catch the edge of the table, pull yourself to be closer to the table and then push yourself away from the table. This can exercise your arms to be more strength.

  8. Go out for shopping, especially in the supermarket, you just go to and fro with trolley, so you can burn more calories.

  9. Walk up and down the stairs at your house, at your condominium, or at your office, etc.

  10. Swimming is an aerobic exercise. It can help burn calories and lose weight as well.
