Just saying "Hi" Hive

in #intro20 hours ago

Just checked back in on hive for the first time in a long time and happy to see so many familiar faces like @lukstokes, @meno, and @tarazkp still posting. The last few years have been an insane whirlwind for me.

Looking back, it's interesting to observe that my relationship with my wife started right around the time of the first SteemFest. Since that time, I started working for Steemit, went through that whole CRAZY rollercoaster ride, got married, then got on a whole new rollercoaster ride by starting my own company and having 3 kids in under 4 years.

Just over a year ago, the night before my 3rd child was born, I left that company to focus on my family for a bit (still on good terms with those guys). About 6 months ago I started thinking about what's next for me.

One of the things I've been working on is actually a continuation of something I started alluding to wayyyyy back when on steemit.com which is what led me back here today, to Hive, and that good feeling I got when I saw so many familiar faces.

So I just wanted to say, "Hi."

Hey Andrew... I was just talking about you a week ago. I'm so happy to see you still got access to this account. I'm extremely happy to read you are a father and are living a happy existence in your tiny piece of his planet.

I doubt you remember, but back in Poland you and I talked for a bit about your life's choices. You told me you studied Law, but you took another direction in the search for your happiness. Believe or not that resonated with me a lot, and I think about this often.

I trust you are still on that never ending quest, and I'm confident your family has given you a thousand reasons to smile.

If you get to read this on time, we are going to hangout at hive's discord in about 20 minutes to talk about life for a bit. I, along with other old hiveans, help with the hosting of a weekly podcast, if you will.

It would be awesome to see you there: https://discord.gg/7zeyCtWnGJ

I'm sure it would make Crimmy (today's guest) happy too.

I'm in!

Thanks for the kind words and the invite. Out of curiosity, what were you talking about?

Snapie? or mattermost? I'm confused now... hahahah send me a dm on discord. (i know you hate it, but what can we do? )

When you said "I was just talking about you a week ago," what were you talking about?

ohh... I was remembering our convo in Poland, and I asked @eddiespino he knew how you were doing. Because I found out quite recently, you were not in Koinos anymore. I was just hoping to hear you were doing good. And here you are, letting all of us know you are doing great.

Looking forward to having you on hive thrive!

Nice to see you on my feed, @andrarchy! Congrats on your wonderful sounding family. Looking forward to hearing about your 'new idea'.

post more!

I'm hoping to get back into content creation, so that's the plan!

Welcome back :)

Welcome back!
Life with little kids can certainly be busy.

Glad to see you again and hope its a bit more regular in future.

Hive is a very special community.

Welcome back to the (good) madness!

Hello! 👋

Congrats to the third child. Good to see you around still!

🙏

Welcome back!

It's always good to see people come back. Hive is still under the radar, but still fun and there is a lot going on. I'm sure you will find some interesting things to explore.

Best wishes to you and the family.

Hey @andrarchy, here is a little bit of BEER from @steevc for you. Enjoy it!

Did you know that <a href='https://dcity.io/cityyou can use BEER at dCity game to buy cards to rule the world.

Oh wow blast to the past, happy to hear you're doing well :)

Hi welcome back, yeah life can also be a roller-coaster, just like crypto or even more so.

Three kids in four years! Congrats!

It's great to see someone coming back instead of going away, and given the list of quality people commenting, that return seems to be a big gain for Hive. Welcome back!

Hi (I'm still around, and I continue not to post much) ve

Old name I haven’t seen in a while. Glad to see you’re doing well! Wonderful to have a nice young family. Great time if you want to build something here that’s for sure!

The third can be the charm. Whatever else you do, being a father will always be the most important thing you do. Glad you're doing well.

Thanks!

Hi, reminding me of them video's you used to make about the dynamics of steem..

Welcome back...Good to see some old names back on hive...✨️🍻

Welcome back, Andrew!
