That's a solid idea. Gradually adjusting bedtime could make waking up earlier feel less brutal. I'll give it a shot and see how it goes over a few weeks
I sort of did this by accident over the last year or so and I tend to wake up every morning by 5 or 6.
Always been a night owl who never went to sleep prior to midnight before that.
That's impressive! Shifting from a night owl to waking up at 5 or 6 is a huge change. Definitely motivates me to stick with the gradual bedtime adjustment
It was definitely not natural for me, but I have done it.
That's inspiring to hear. If you can make the switch, I’m hopeful I can too with some consistency.
