I've stopped responding to chats in steemit.chat and discord because I've been spam somewhat. I've been asked to join FB group but I'm afraid it may be more spam. Some people I've also blocked in steemit.chat and more I've muted on steemit. What do I think?

I am considering coming off any of the chats. I stayed off for so long and then gave in. It is just a madhouse. It must be the SP, they see it and go berserk thinking they can get some by annoying you
