that's my favorite flower mon ami
because of the wish cottons ^ ^
plus damn .. they're so not high maintenance
you won't have to do anything they can take care of themselves :)
these days they're all over dikes and grasses
the mustard are no match to them
they just keep blooming though the former has already stopped showing off their yellow blooms
the funny part is that my front garden is full of white balls of wish cottons now ^ ^ and I love it ^ ^

i have same flowers in my back garden
Nice shots! It's so funny, I haven't seen a dandelion in ages. Los Angeles lawns and parks are so well manicured, I don't think they'd be welcome here. But they really are lovely flowers. And the leaves make a great salad!

True the subordinates leads to the success of the organization. But how to instill loyalty, honor and integrity. Love your subordinates and they will love you back. Sad to say no corporation does that.
If I had to put it in a word....'professionalism' is the word I would use.
Love accomplishes little but respect....professionalism can accomplish much.
I agree. You hit the spot. Maybe I do not see that in the workplace anymore. That's why I have been seeing people leaving every month at work. Could have been different if professionalism is practiced.
