As a baseball coach, I recently volunteered at an event to be in the dunk tank - of course, my kids and team had to dunk me many times!
Fun times! The weather was low 70 degrees Fahrenheit with clouds and some wind - was a bit chilly!

Wow, I get why you got dunked a lot. Baseball players would definitely have a good amount of accuracy when hitting that target. The video at the end was really nice.
