Depending on how many walls you want to show / more camera angles, makes getting the sound reflection / nullification harder.
Since I don't know any of the shows listed above, I didn't get what you meant by format. Whether it was how the show was broken down, or how the set up their studio.
I find the best videos I watch are of people in their homes. Showing you what/how they live. The background being a slice of their life.
