The word Bewail means, "to express great regret, sadness, or disappointment about something. It is a word associated with sadness, regrets or disappointment." It is kind of a sad word for when something bad happens or when someone is not getting the best his time.
To "bewail means to express intense sorrow that compels outward demonstration." It was mostly used in the 1800s and as the years roll by, the word usage declined. Source
