Kids are nice creatures. But its obvious this kid is a fucking sanguine jn temperament.. Such kinda kids can procastinate alot and not listen, you will never find them sit at one position and when you do, they either just wanna be that way or are sick.. So since your sister already knows he lies alot.. No need to ask who did it like in this scenario, just call him off nice and gentle and be like "honey i know you broke the vase try and be careful next time okay? So little whatever his name is dont breaks something very imporatant to mum. You are only guessing he is the one. If he isnt he would say but mum i didnt do it. If he is guiltu as charged he would think you saw him while he was doing it so he goes quiet on you. I hope this can help your sister. Plus your sister should read this book why you act the way you do,it would help her tackle people and even her children very well.@markymark
