the nagging feeling thankfully is the only part I ever feel. I guess the bulging disks didn't fully repair. I really don't want to spend another several weeks in the hospital with them just throwing pills at me the ultiamtely don't work though.

No, and there is no such clinic that I can find in this country, but that would probably not be a terrible idea.
Like I said, I seriously thought it was a racket for them to boost CPAP sales. They aren't cheap and the supplies you need is a steady stream of income for them, but after using it for a while, I definitely get better quality sleep. Still not as good as I had expected but I don't find myself falling asleep at my desk or while driving down the road each day.
