It's hard for me to imagine being proud of my future self. Not because I think that my life is going in a completely wrong direction, but because it is always hard for me to accept the thought that I might be doing something right. - I am working on that, though, so hopefully I will one day say that I can be proud not only of my future self but also of my present self.
