RE: As i am severely depressed and attempting to work over it... also, some weird revelations.

Alex I love the level you are sharing at because the most courageous thing I often can do is share my truth when it is uncomfortable or I am scared of what people will think. After reading about your experience on the forum and smiling how the guy wanted to come have sex with you in his outfit, I have hope that we will continue this level of sharing and connection on Steem!

You mentioned about learning with Jordan Peterson which got me wondering what other books you might like. Will you try reading Many Lives, Many Masters: The True Story of a Prominent Psychiatrist, His Young Patient, and the Past-Life Therapy That Changed Both Their Lives by Brian Weiss because I am just finishing this up now and it has made a huge difference in my life? I am thinking of is probably because in the book the idea is presented that as immortal souls, the choice of a disabled body is a big opportunity to learn and a great service to the world often by an experienced soul willing to do anything to learn the lessons of love here?

You also might enjoy How Not To Die because it has been the most helpful book I have ever discovered for health and diet. Many health problems I have had completely disappeared by following the recommendations from the author Dr. Michael Greger.

I will resteem your post soon with the hope another reader will feel safe sharing at the level you have here!

Thank you jerry, I'm going to look into these lectures, one by one and take my time to try to understand them, one thing i know from psychiatrist and philosophists books is that they are often hard to understand, or hard to read, but i might try in order of difficulty.

How not to die might be one very usefull for my particular health situation i believe.

Thank you for your help and advices, i like to read sometimes and it might prove to be an enlightening read. Widening one's knowledge is what i also like to do for myself, there is allways something to pick for yourself and adapt to your own lifestyle, no matter at what level it is.
