I do a lot of hiking now to stay fit and I try to only eat a fruit diet.
I taught 100's of people over the years about the Food Chart; Meat/Dairy/Grains/Veggies/Fruits, All wrong if you want a long life.
Our bodies get very toxic/acidic with meats and dairys.... :(
Fruits are the bodies healing foods.
