Its half way through my 3rd week of healthy living, i had a little dip last night when I had a craving for something sweet, thankfully I had just received my online order and all my healthy food was stocked up. I chose a fruit salad.
Black grapes
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
With some low fat yogurt and a sprinkling off granola to give it a different texture.
This filled me and satisfied my craving.

Today my meals will be.
BREAKFAST
2 slices of toast
Thinly spread margarine
Banana
Coffee
LUNCH
1 cup of soup
2 x bread ( I need to cut the bread out)
Pear
DINNER
Jacket Potato
Tuna (low fat mayo, small amount)
Salad leaves
Beetroot
Cherry Tomatoes
Balsamic Vinegar
SNACK
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Black Grapes
Go ahead biscuit.
I am making sure I eat my 5 a day, i now choose low fat options or do without and I also take my time to enjoy each bite giving my stomach enough time to tell my brain I'm full. I dont buy rubbish anymore as if its not in I can't eat it.
I have to up my water intake as keep forgetting to drink, i only drink when im thirsty so have to keep reminding myself to keep drinking as it helps too fill you. I might have to set an alarm for every hour until I get in a routine.
Any ideas on healthy meals will be a massive help :).

Thank you son-of-satire
Check the sugar content on low fat stuff, a lot of times they substitute the fat for sugar which in my opinion is worse for you.
I agree and yeah I always check the label Thank you :)
I will stay away from diet advise, it would probably be wrong anyway
Ohhh why would out be wrong?
I'm currently using dried Cranberries as a sweet snack. I mean other than the berries, too. They seem to be sweet enough to blunt my wants. So far, so good this week.
Well done, keep it up, I'm watching you lol :)
You know what? I think being responsible to one another can't hurt any...
I agree, always helps having support :)
A beef curry, Chinese style is quite good for a diet ;0)
Ohhh I like Chinese... your trying to tempt me you bad man lol :)
Hmmm, this look cool. I guess I will join you in your choice of meal. The but I have is margarine, I am allergic to it. I will switch it with jam. I even got some salted crackers last night, that can serve as snack.
I am going to stop using out shortly as there barely any marg on my bread now and I could swap my bread for salted crackers, sound nice thank you :)
It sounds like it's going awesomely!
It is. I'm happy with it :)
Keep it up @karenb54!! You’re doing your body so much good! One thing to remember is not to stress about choosing healthy! If you want a treat have a small nibble! It’ll make your brain feel better... but only a nibble! Lol ☺️
Its going smoothly at the moment :)
Read the packages. If sugar is listed in the first three ingredients, it has too much sugar, so put it back on the shelf. Sugar is sneaky and it is almost in everything! I cut back on bread, try o eat whole grain bread and I only allow myself two slices per day.
I always read the labels and check what is the main ingredients as they can get very sneaky :)
How are you feeling after nearly 4 weeks @karenb54? Do you feel better?
No not really, I am full of cold at the minute so that's not helping but I am sticking with it :)
I have a nasty cough at the moment too - I hope you feel better soon!
You too, plenty of warm drinks for us both :)
I want to try the healthy living, that's one of my goals this year.
I am hoping i see a new me for Christmas :)
