For me, the only material I have trusted is stainless steel. However, I came across these pans at a nearby store in Taipei and they looked interesting. I think the first pan is a granite coating and the second is perhaps a marble coating? I still haven't even found stainless steel pans yet except at IKEA.
I don't trust those tefal pans. Are these ones safe? Do they wear out and crack easily?

Nonstick pans are convenient, but they can be a pain. Just make sure they are resistant to metal utensils if you plan on cooking with those, otherwise you will have to baby it with rubber utensils (which can melt 😡) or wood. Avoid ceramic pans, they chip!
I guess stainless steel is still the way to go.
