I much prefer that approach. Sometimes I come out of these meetings or sessions and have literally no idea what has been said there has been so much fluff!

My boss the actual Director of H&S said he loved my quirky style “but stephen” he added “stop calling your colleagues dick heads”
I have actually been told something similar by my boss. He has said on many an occasion that he really depends on me but could I stop calling my colleagues fannies! Lol, the joys!
