The marinated 'filet' is great, I actually do like that one. 😁 Baked crispy in marge, still moist on the inside, almost meat like structure. Nicely seasoned. Absolutely amazing.
According to my other half the stew does not fall apart like its meat cousin. She said it is tender and the taste is great.
Guess I have moved over to the dark side also... 😄

That sounds like a tasty dark side right enough!! I like all of my thing baked crispy on the outside. Mmm mmm. Feeling peckish now!!!
