Encouraging people should be what we should never fail to do in life, most people just need you to encourage them in any way, just give them that little push they need to reach a certain height. If you are a means to an end then you are not just useful to the person you have assisted you are a saviour. Give people the push they need in your capacity don't be a waste be completely useful in others lives. Help others for you do not require them to help you in return but your just doing what a good human should do. Be helpful, give someone a push!

I little encouragement can go a long way and actually make a difference in someone's life. I often assist people, especially down in the subway. Something as little as carrying a women's baby carriage up the stairs. They're so greatfull and it really feels good to help.
