Making home made pizza with friends

Okay we all hope that a full lock down is far from us, but if not I am ready for made other pizzas.

As you know in the previous lockdown I enjoyed a lot making home made pizza, I put the dough under the sun or close to a fire for more than one day so it can bump up well.

I use different kind of flour, also more soft flour than the usual 00.
I also tried once with kanut flour, it was not like a normal pizza but it was not bad.

As you can see we use different ingredients, wurstel, cheese, scamorza cheese, meat, ham, salame etc...
I also like make pizza with vegetables, mushrooms and sometimes fries. Especially when I have here my stepdaughter she love pizza and fries.
We don't make pizza with ananas, here in italy6this kind of pizza don't exist and when we see it abroad we almost vomit.
It's kind of a shame in italian opionion make a pizza with fruit.
Bleah.
But you can make it with many kind of meat or vegetables.

Here the pictures of my last home made pizza, it was really tasty and my friends loved it.
