Oh man, not the arm with thehandthatchokesthesnake attached to it?
Once I had a broken shoulder blade. Not just like that, there was an icy loch involved and me acting manly confident.
In the hospital the doctor thought it was just a dislocated shoulder. All it would need was a firm tug. Luckily she studied the scans of my shoulder and concluded it actually was broken. Glad she did so before starting to try and relocate it.
Reading your story sure brought back some memories. The whipe arm, having a shower and so forth and so on.
Seems like you may have snapt a muscle tendon in your shoulder. That is freaking painful. You might want to go see a doctor for that.
Good healing to you mate, hope you'll feel better soon.
Ouch! I am so glad she didnt start trying to tug that back into place!
It is quite painful but I am not moving it as much as I can and smearing anti inflammatory stuff on it. Seems to be helping but will defo see the Doc if no improvement.
Might not play volleyball for a while :OD
Volleyball might indeed not be an option. 😜
What might even be worse is that you won't be able to be at El Jeffe's side for a while! This might take some weeks, at least, to heal properly, at home.
(Was it the Bamboo? Those are a nightmare to remove.)
Anyway, hope it improves soon!
You know, that is the bugger. Working from home means now that I have to work with an injury like this. Just not in the office. I remember the days when home working was hard that we would get time off for these things!
Not the bamboo, wont be able to get that till next year, it is solid. Was a big halft tree sort of bush!
Time off / sick leave, seems reasonable to me. But these days it is about what others (not even being doctors) consider that still can be done: "You can still lift a finger, your task will be pushing in numbers. This Hospital bed seems very comfortable, I almost envy you, being able to work, lying on your back."
Bamboo is one tough mother. You might want to get a machine to pull that one out.
Yeah, it seems to have changed since the good old days. No longer can yo get time off will nilly!
I am hoping that if I give it a year after cutting it all back to stubs that it will rot a bit under the wet soil of winter and be easier to chop out next year.
I have the new one planted just in front of it because I couldn't dig it up so I wont notice it at least!
