If you take a large corporation's work in the form of music or movies and re-post it, earning ad revenue without rightfully paying the content creator, this is a crime and you can be prosecuted.

What is so different about a large corporation taking your work in the form of your conversations, articles, and behaviour compared to your personal demographic data, and monetising this, earning ad revenue without paying you, the data creator?
