Humans are complicated things...its easy to think that everyone should see things the same way that we do.
We have our habits, developed from the environment in which we live, from our parents, friends, etc. When we get connected with any person, we start reacting the way we have trained ourselves. And the other person starts doing the same as per his/her training.
This is the hard part.
Thinking about the other person's point of view before reacting.
