Limit breaker program!

Hello, mortals!

Today I will show you my training program and everything that made me a beast that I am today. I have started going to the gym a month ago and I have already seen great results. Bench press,squats,deadlifts and situps are in my weekly program.

I have been using theese suplements for muscle gains and they are working pretty effectively. Protein powder and creatin powder are very effective for my gains. I am going to the gym 4 times a week.Food is very important so usually I start my day with oatmeal with milk or 6 eggs.For lunch I eat chicken and rice everyday with some salad topings and for dinner is always 5 eggs and protein cheese and some fruit next to it.

My training usualy lasts around an hour and this is what I did today.

  1. Warmup
    This lasts for about 10 minutes

  2. Benchpress
    I start with:
    50kg 14 reps. 1 min. break
    60kg 12 reps. 2min break
    70kg 8 reps 2 min break
    80kg 5 reps 4 min break

  3. Deadlift
    I start with:
    80kg 8 reps 2 min break
    90kg 6 reps 2min break
    100kg 4 reps 2 min break
    110kg 2 reps 2 min break

  4. Stretching (very important)
