Liquor stores aren't open in your state? They're considered "essential services" here. I don't understand but someone told me they don't want people with Delerium Tremens clogging the emergency rooms.
Medical marijuana dispensaries are open, too. (But not recreational.)
I live in Arkansas, everything is open... we never shut down. My county (127,000) has 11 cases and no deaths.
