You know it is a crazy world when you have to question what your eyes see, and what you gut tells you.
Entire industries are setup to exploit your weaknesses, and greed is one aspect of the human condition that is readily exploited.
Is it too good to be true? It probably is. As people become desperate during the Pandemic shutdown, they may act out of their desperation and make mistakes. It may come from a good place, and it may be related to survival, but use your head before you jump.
Get a second opinion and be wise. If you just save your cash for a rainy day, that is a good start.
My money is on the sidelines in this overinflated market. Not seeking something that is too good to be true.
