Face your Addictions before its too LATE
Addiction; to MONEY to POWER, to EATING, To being a VICTIM, to wanting FAME,to the INTERNET, To GAMBLING, to WORK, to DRUGS, to ALCOHOL, to CIGARETTES, to LYING, to SEX and so many more. I was addicted to almost all of those listed and still fight off the impulse for some. Without those addictions my life has become much more rich in many different ways. Are you and addict destroying your life?
I can't shake my addiction to food..
Id have to agree... I see it everyday at work. I have also dealt with gambling in the past
The system really corners us and brainwashes us to believe alot of this nonsense will make us happy, I fell for it hook line and sinker. When I finally woke up to it I was happy and sad. Sad to realize I wasted 45 years of my life being a pretender. Peace.

Thank You! Good to hear from you, my water fast in January was BRUTAL, I went 31 days which is no big deal, it was the detox I went through that destroyed me. I was sick from mid Jan to mid march- I went straight from water fast to juice feasting which kept me in detox, so I have been too tired to post. I want to make videos soon but on another water fast now lol, much easier now that my body is cleaned up a little. ttys.
Nice post. I wonder which of these apply to me now ... This one's got me thinking.
One more thing, start with what you eat, our health is the most PRECIOUS gift we have. I was bleeding out of my butt for 5 years before I finally could not take the pain anymore, did a bunch of water fasts started eating fruit and I now feel like a MILLION BUCKS- lost 62 lbs since Jan 1st of this year- down to 153 lbs at 5'11 and probably STILL have another 15 lbs or so to lose!
Did you actually attempt to determine the medical cause for the bleeding, though? there could have been something more serious going on there.
Nope. I have no pain at all now and no bleeding at all. Pretty sures it was ulcerative colitis exact same symptoms.
That must have been scary when it was happening.
