Im tempted to go short again on the S&P, but im listening to your advice and its holding me back. In Australia an interesting move has been the government REMOVING the double tax it had previously levied on cryptos. Very interesting to see another sovereign government effectively bless the cryptos.

You hit the nail on the head, Greg. Bitcoin isn't popular enough yet to be considered in a bubble. As for the markets, they can go whichever direction they want while we just ride the waves.

Let's talk markets; oil, Saudi Arabia and US seems to be heating up a hostile situation with Qatar and Iran, we could see a big news story, conflict, oil will skyrocket up to the high in it's current trading band. If this plays out I would monitor the spike but take half profits at $54. This would also be a double play on gold because it satisfies two criteria gold loves a)higher energy price, mining is more expensive, gold price goes up b)global turmoil war/safe haven. That's my trading idea. I would NOT short oil presently based on the above possibility and also as Greg points out, there are powerful people in charge that will want to use the oil price to fuel the stock market. The risk reward on oil clearly favours a move up IMHO.
Mark Cuban needs to listen to you. He would bee sooooo much farther ahead. Yes if you have profited by Greg's wise words, donate some of your gains to a person who truly needs it. Giving to others brings REAL happiness. Thanks Greg!!

Different day same story. The dollar is losing ground to Bitcoin, Steem, Mexican Peso, Ukrainian Hryvnia. Interesting fact that the dow is up about the same as the loss by the dollar over the Mexican peso. People are losing confidence. I wonder when the prices will change on main street when it comes to goods.
Greg, the house passed the Financial Choice Act which guts Dodd-Frank yesterday under the 'fog-of-war' Comey Testimony. This is good for Gold and Silver and very bad for the Stock Market

Also possibly consider shorting any small caps and stocks outside of ETF's baskets they are already moving down trend.
