In life, the critics rarely counts and the oversabi never mostly amounts to anything. There is a popular saying that "it is he who wears the shoes that feels the pinches."
You must not be too quick to judge people when you see them not living up to expectations because, they may be having a hard time going through life. Too many are spectators and only a few are the real players.
The spectators have their own special rule when it comes to game time, while the players have their own rules as well. If you are not playing the game, you cannot sweat and taste the blood and when you are not spectating, you cannot be shouting and dancing.
The process flow is simple and straight and the field of play stays bloodied with the sweat from the players pores, on the other hand, the spectators display their crafts with spittle, shout and rants.
Do not mistake your role in life to be similar to that of the guy next door. We are all here for a purpose and we can only truly be able to speak for others when we have delivered on goals that is helping them.
If you do not make others happy, happiness will be far from you and then you will live in a world that seeks to bring down hardworking persons.
Take criticisms well and seek constantly to learn from those harsh words, and make sure it matters to you alone how well your goals turn out.

Great. It's true and there's no victory without the battle. There is also no great victory without a great battle. In order to achieve a higher height, we must climb the tall ladder that leads to excellence. Criticisms are good for corrections and we must take them into consideration, sieve them in the colander of our ambitions and accept or reject them.

Those on the stand usually think they know how to do things more than those on the pitch. If you allow their shout to affect your focus and you end up missing your target, they will be the one to make the jest out of your mess.

Very true, the critics don't really count but sometimes they can make you be more calculative and professional in taking your steps. Not all critics are actually bad: some want you to see your short comings so that you can improve on them.
