I got a bit of a fungi thing going on at the moment

These are blue oyster mushrooms , grown on the recycled cat litter pellets , they are a cold strain . Most others don’t grow well in winter but this is doing nice , first flush . Most likely will cook tomorrow with a bit of butter on toast . 😋
