A NEW CALIFORNIA'S RAIN :/

Almost forget what's the actual rain looks like. These past few days up in Northern California has just been so smoky and so many of the ashes and burned stuff falling off the sky.

It's painful but it's true. His childhood house that he's been living in for more than 20 years has burned down completely. - If you have been following the news, there are a lot of spots that got hit by forest fire. People in many area had to evacuate and leave all their houses and belongings behind. We didn't think things would escalate so much but yes, the sad truth is, not only my boyfriend's house that's unfortunately burned, but many more victims in the area and other areas as well.

We evacuated up north in Northern California and oh my, there's still some fire close by and it's been so smoky where we're staying. We have been inside for many days already. Lately, just these past 2-3 days, addition to smoke, we got some ash falling from the sky. The air is nasty at the moment and now, some more stuff is coming with it.

I know 2020 sucks for many of us.

It was COVID-19 and now this crazy forest fire! Many people have lost their jobs. Many people have lost their houses. Many people lost their family or their beloved ones. Many people suicided because they couldn't handle the situations (Sad but true!).

Here's 2020 California fire takeaway from one of the 2020 disasters victim (My friend in Oregon): If you are able to take a breath of fresh air, be grateful. If you have a home to come back to, be grateful. If you can feel the sun, be grateful. If it rains water, not ash, be grateful. If your family is safe, be grateful. If YOU feel safe, be grateful. If you can see clouds in the sky, be grateful. So many realities are coexisting with the one you’re experiencing. There’s never a time not to BE GRATEFUL.
