Hello and welcome back my dear Steemian friends to a new episode of TimTravels!
As most of you know I recently was in Austria to capture the scenic and distant views of the mountains in Saalbach. The time I spent there was incredible and I really do recommend you to get there by any chance.
Some of you asked me how the video log is going. If I didn't have to write my math exam next Tuesday I would have finished it. But some polynomes and encryptions are on my schuedle so that the video will take me few more days. However be assured I already started working on it and it's almost finished.
Wherever I travel to my Mavic is always by my side. To have a drone opens up new vistas and let you play with perspectives. In the next shots you will see the alpine hut in which we stayed as well as the slope next to it. If you look closely you will see me in the shot and also you will notice someone skiing down the slope.
Sometimes people are unlucky and hurt themselves. If the injurieres are badly it is hard to help the casualty since you are up in the mountains and there no roads. I wittnessed how a guy had to be rescued by a helicopter on this cold day. It was incredible how fast the whole rescue happened! Within few minutes they landed, took him and dissapeared. Hats off for the rescue team for their good work and live saving skills!
Now something that was pretty fun and you will see in my vlog! We decided to drive a skidoo! It's pretty similar to a jetski just only on snow! You won't believe how fast these bad boys can get you. Up to 220 kilometers per hour! However I only drove with a max. speed of 60 km/h. Driving curves and breaking require some training and a great sense for the machine. How I put up the fight? You will see in the video!
I hope you have a great weekend so far and HODL! The markets are pretty bearish currently and that's not that bad. Before we can climb higher the weak hands need to be shaken out. In few weeks we all will look back laugh. Great times are ahead my friends!
Speaking of great times. After my last exam which will be in two weeks I will make a big travel journey. I will travel Asia for a total of two months! Many pictures, videos, logs and stories will follow. More information and my route will follow soon.

Beautiful shots, I have to say I don't miss the cold after being in it for 35 years but I do miss the sports and recreation that go along with it!

Happy travels. I definitely want to take up snow sports this year. In Wales we do not get much snow but there is a dry slope there many people go. If I could learn to Ski anywhere I would try Bulgaria.
