Ingredients:

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon soda

1/2 teaspoon vinegar

250 milliliters of kefir

1.5 cups flour (100 grams)

Cooking:

Beat eggs, add salt, pour kefir, add 0.5 cups of flour and add soda to soda and pour vinegar. Add another 1 cup of flour. Pour a thin layer of dough on a pre-heated pan.

You can also add the filling, then pour a layer of dough over the top.

Suitable for the filling: icing, sugar, cream, jam.
