Good morning everyone
The reality is that it's only few people in this community that encourage creativity.
Majority people in this community pob and also in this hive community generally mostly don't vote content because of it creativity but the vote the author of the content or the upvote the content because of the author.
Some author due to their name my post only picture and a little content and they will get well curated.
I'm not condemning or criticizing anybody or I'm not saying it is wrong it is very right to have a name and be popular in this hive community body where we can encourage creativity in this community is by curations
Firstly I wanna say there that there are different kind of creativity available and many people even including me also prefer what will favour pob community than what will favour people individually like given update about something.
The best way I now know to encourage creativity in proofofbrain community is make the token valuable back and people want to try to earn it and buy that they will be more creative.
I Noticed that people with no pob power I'm mostly more creative in their content than people with pob power and that's because they know they cannot receive reward by curating their self and they will want to get upvoted so thier quality are always super to draw curators attention

That is normal for everyone
When you are busy staking and gathering more power you don't need to stress yourself you can depend your curation power so you won't depend on someone else of vote

Taskmaster is a very important person in this community and is one of the best content creator but sometimes I do see some content that are similar to his in creativity but his own content I always supported in every tribe he posted in. He will receive hive backed dollar,at the same time pob and leo hugely and I do wonder that and that's because he's already known for his creative Content so people won't bother checking how creativity he his Some has already give him a trail and alto vote
This is one of the reason why I don't really like to create a post.
Because I know I might not be curated and to create the content is not easy because plaglarism is not allowed and you create a content on your head and post it and not well voted is very disappointing.
But without creating a content there is no way I will make a name for myself
How to encourage creativity in proofofbrain community for people who don't have a high curation power
We should encourage creativity by engaging in it so even if they are not well curated, they will be happy if they see more people responding to thier content.
Application is what can more encourage creativity in pob.
There is creativity of the core team and there is creativity of we the users
The creativity of the coreteam is to build something special to pob and creativity of we the member is to engage in this community and stake
This is true to some extent but I know a lot of people here who encourage and motivate new joiners. Its just that you have to find the right path for yourself. As an individual, it's our responsibility to engage with such people and be friends with them. We can learn a lot from them, how they write and how they go creative at times. We can't just say most of them are like that, I would say people favor friends and known participants so one just have to be that.
Hi dear, I get what you are trying to say. And that might be the case on Hive Actually. But on POB things are very different, here everyone is rewarded well in respect of their Quality Content. All thanks to Hard Work of POB Curators. Luckily things are way better here, we can always find new users in Trending Page, even @iyiade is Trending today 😊👍. But as they say nothing is perfect, things will be more better when we will have more Curators on POB, and now you yourself is on the way to becoming a Curator here, you can implement what you said above. First and Foremost change begins with SELF. Every user here should try to be more creative and keep innovating yourself. Don't stick to a perticular Niche. We all have our strengths and some specific areas of Expertise, keep improving that. But meanwhile keep experimenting with new areas of interest. Participate in different Contests around other Hive Communities. We have many exciting and Interesting Contest on POB like POB-wotw, POB PhotoContest, POB Art Contest. We can definitely come up with more such cool and creative contests. Creativity has not limits and try to find a passion and interest what we are doing here. Also No one stopping anybody from creating something exciting, if you guys have any ideas, go for it, I am sure POB will back you up.
There should be an interesting creativity in engagement too. Try to share some smile and laughs while interacting with others. Make everyone feel comfortable and at ease, use some gags, even try sarcasm sometimes and make sure keep the quality in your comments
This is definitely something we all together can do and achieve, we just need to keep pushing ourselves a bit, spread more creativity and goodwill of POB around. We have a housefull of Creative Brains here.

But I in creativity in general for pob community,hive community.
There are many creativity that was proposed here in #pobstreet like creation of exchange sites for pob to other Fiat and cryptocurrency, adding of liquidity to pob ,creating app, creating pob games, advancing the reward system and many more creativity which @scholaris.ppb talked about sometimes ago in #pobstreet so how can we encourage those creativity.

does one that are proposed step have not been taken on it then how do you want people to propose more if this most important one propposed has not been worked on and that's because of The silence of the admin on what he his working on presently

Encouraging creativity is nothing less than upvoting a good content post and those we with low content also can still get some upvote ,may be also drop a comment this will bring vibes to write more ,I know all this is not easy for the curators but once in a while it can be done ,I remember when leprechaun comment on my post that ( you need to come and take extra lesson from me on your English) what does this means ,he told me in directly that my write up lack something,this makes me look at what am missing,that time when I write a post I won't read it may be I need some adjustments before posting it which brought about my mistake,is comment only, make me realise that and I started reading before I post ,since then I have improve , at least I have made trending post many times since then ,just because he comment on my post

The only encouragement I see here is nice engagement on the post and upvotes obviously. When I post something and I get good upvotes and engagement on it, it feels like a successful day. It's like soemthing you have done and spent time on has bought you fruits which are sweet.
So as a team, we need to encourage such nice content so we can have more of it. Make new friends each day, follow them, upvote their content and show some love with comments.

Some of the ways creativity can be encouraged is setting up more contest, games, and platforms like @pobtalk and @pobstreet. It will really help alot, people get to brainstorm, talk about a situation deeply and get it solved, the platform has to be interesting. However, each other problems can be halved solved if not totally solved, this depends on how cooperative, friendly and how much we trust each other; If this is done, the community will be no doubt interesting, more people to dive in, because the real conversation exist here .
Above all, I think effort should be rewarded(with up votes) not only success, this will really go a long way, it will eliminate the act of given up.
i agree with you, when we bring up a platform and the topic that need to be solved are posted on it and many talk and think about it bring out there comment, show more interest in it that should also help in encouraging more creativity
I still didn't want to go by this word right now,cause I want to believe that it should have be how can we come up with creativity to help the community growth,but irrespective of this,I will still say their is no others means to encourage creativity than to support programs and intiative and the #pobstreet is a clear example of that ,with @onealfa.pob supporting this ,that is a very clear example of what is Means to support creativity.
