Good morning everyone
The reality is that it's only few people in this community that encourage creativity.
Majority people in this community pob and also in this hive community generally mostly don't vote content because of it creativity but the vote the author of the content or the upvote the content because of the author.
Some author due to their name my post only picture and a little content and they will get well curated.
I'm not condemning or criticizing anybody or I'm not saying it is wrong it is very right to have a name and be popular in this hive community body where we can encourage creativity in this community is by curations

Firstly I wanna say there that there are different kind of creativity available and many people even including me also prefer what will favour pob community than what will favour people individually like given update about something.
The best way I now know to encourage creativity in proofofbrain community is make the token valuable back and people want to try to earn it and buy that they will be more creative.
I Noticed that people with no pob power I'm mostly more creative in their content than people with pob power and that's because they know they cannot receive reward by curating their self and they will want to get upvoted so thier quality are always super to draw curators attention

That is normal for everyone
When you are busy staking and gathering more power you don't need to stress yourself you can depend your curation power so you won't depend on someone else of vote

Taskmaster is a very important person in this community and is one of the best content creator but sometimes I do see some content that are similar to his in creativity but his own content I always supported in every tribe he posted in. He will receive hive backed dollar,at the same time pob and leo hugely and I do wonder that and that's because he's already known for his creative Content so people won't bother checking how creativity he his Some has already give him a trail and alto vote
This is one of the reason why I don't really like to create a post.
Because I know I might not be curated and to create the content is not easy because plaglarism is not allowed and you create a content on your head and post it and not well voted is very disappointing.
But without creating a content there is no way I will make a name for myself
How to encourage creativity in proofofbrain community for people who don't have a high curation power
We should encourage creativity by engaging in it so even if they are not well curated, they will be happy if they see more people responding to thier content.
Application is what can more encourage creativity in pob.
There is creativity of the core team and there is creativity of we the users
The creativity of the coreteam is to build something special to pob and creativity of we the member is to engage in this community and stake
This is true to some extent but I know a lot of people here who encourage and motivate new joiners. Its just that you have to find the right path for yourself. As an individual, it's our responsibility to engage with such people and be friends with them. We can learn a lot from them, how they write and how they go creative at times. We can't just say most of them are like that, I would say people favor friends and known participants so one just have to be that.
Hi dear, I get what you are trying to say. And that might be the case on Hive Actually. But on POB things are very different, here everyone is rewarded well in respect of their Quality Content. All thanks to Hard Work of POB Curators. Luckily things are way better here, we can always find new users in Trending Page, even @iyiade is Trending today 😊👍. But as they say nothing is perfect, things will be more better when we will have more Curators on POB, and now you yourself is on the way to becoming a Curator here, you can implement what you said above. But remember Curation is not easy responsibility, there is limit to voting power and with each vote, voting power decrease. All the best friend. 😊👍. !PIZZA
