If a drunk driver hits a lady on her way to the abortion clinic, and she has a miscarriage, would he be charged with vehicular manslaughter by the lady, or theft of services by the abortion clinic?
probably just plain old assault
although they might be lenient as he was nice enough to offer her a ride to the clinic in the first place
I'm seeing a recurring problem with timing on his part. Picked a fertile time to nail her, and didn't pull out in time. Just like in comedy, in life, timing is everything.
These are the deep philosophical questions that are best left to politicians and major news media outlets.
They are also the questions that keep me up at night. Just like, "Is white a color, or the absence of color?"
