Shawarma At Home

Ingredients:
- thin lavash
- chicken breast
- a tomato
- cucumber (fresh or pickled)
- lettuce
- mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt
- vegetable or olive oil
- salt, pepper, spices to taste
Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into slices or strips. Then you need to lightly sprinkle it with oil and add seasonings. Let's brew for three or four minutes and fry until crisp 7-10 minutes.
Salad and cucumbers cut into strips, tomatoes - half rings.
We prepare the sauce: mix a couple of spoons of mayonnaise and sour cream, add a couple of garlic cloves passed through garlic crock, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lavash is divided into two parts, the central one - with sauce. Then we spread salad, tomatoes, chicken, then again lettuce, tomatoes and grease with sauce.
Firmly turn off, bend the edges and, at last, we warm up or fry in a heated frying pan until a golden crust is formed.
