Homemade Pizza with eggs and sausage
Ingredients:
- 1 egg;
- 1 tablespoon of milk;
- several pieces of sausage - optional;
- 1 small cake;
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
Cooking
Beat the egg and milk and add the sausage (optional).
Pour into a bowl and put in the microwave at full power for 30 seconds.
Stir and place for another 15–45 seconds until the egg hardens.
Put the egg on the cake, sprinkle with cheese and cook for 10-15 seconds until the cheese is melted.
