Baked pears with ricotta
Ingredients
- 3 ripe pears;
- 100 g of ricotta;
- 20 g mixed dryfruits;
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 3 tablespoons of liquid honey.
Preparation
Cut the pears along in half and remove the core with a spoon. Place each ricotta in each cavity and place the pears on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and pour honey. Bake pears at a temperature of 190 ° C for 15-20 minutes. Add fine mixed dry fruits on top.
