DEFO not ill anymore!
Sunday's Run...
I basically just headed out around Crystal Palance for a relatively easy 8.5K, quite enjoyed this one, bit of a different route from normal!

Nice low HR and slow pace, just what I wanted!
Tuesday's Run - intervals 1

And then the intervals - 6 times 4-500 basically!

Nice max HR out!
Weds Run - Intervals 2
Rinse and repeat

Slightly faster day two!
Friday's Run - easy 10K
So I headed out intent on doing just 6Ks and then I just carried on to 10K - did some intervals around the local small park at the end, quite enjoyed this, and all-in under an hour, happy days!

I couldn't help myself towards the end, I did three 400 intervals!

Next week's Plans...
If I can get three normal runs in during the week, I will be happy with that, and then hopefully one on Sunday too! We'll have to see how it goes!
