COSS exchange was taken offline on January 7th 2020 with immediate notice to all users later on there was mixed info about new buyers, soon coming back, then exit scam (by users) and now they claim they are back and sending invites to old users.
Looking on telegram - nobody got theirs despite over 32h of them "sending". Also i do not see why users need invites instead of just doing login.
After trying to login you get following errors.
I doubt they will run but on the other hand strange they make this updates at all.

Balance transfers from previous exchange platform are initiated by the account login. This begins the final-phase of the account audit.
Sadly nothing works and all social media claim nobody got any invites.
COSS has been removed of secure no documents needed exchanges list long ago before closing the doors.
Since both documents needed with full verification exchanges and those without, disappear its suggest to bookmark the list as a crew of people is checking it to stay updated.
Last API stats of COSS show pretty much nothing.
