Hi friends,
Some stackers I know also are stamp collectors, but it seems to be a dying hobby. I have never really gotten in to it - when I was offered a partial stamp collection the other day, I decided to pass.
Was that a good idea or bad idea?
My rationale is they could sell the stamp collection or give it to someone who would enjoy it, so it would be selfish to keep it myself or sell it myself.
Do you collect stamps?

It is an old hobby and I don't think that the new generation carry it on.
I used to collect stamps back in the days, but they are totally valueless, at least here, its Just an hobby

Stamp collecting is almost out of fashion
I never got into stamp collecting, and I haven't used them much, if at all. I feel like these need more care since stamps degrade unlike silver and gold.

It must depend on the person and their interests...too bad there are not Golf Stamps..right. Perhaps it is a category...idk. However @daveks had an interesting Aviation Stamp post a couple of days ago....some splendid Planes indeed.
