Los tropiezos son para aprender a superarlos, nunca son para sacar lo peor de nosotros, siempre debemos dar lo mejor que tenemos, les cuento que hace varias semanas, me llamaron a una reunión para imponerme una autoridad que no estaba en mi línea de supervisión, lo que hice fue escuchar tranquila y calmadamente y lo único que dije repetidamente fue, yo respeto mi línea de mando, si la persona estaba buscando tener una discusión conmigo no lo pudo y al salir de la reunión, me comuniqué con mi línea y le informé lo sucedido y siguiendo los canales regulares, la situación se resolvió, sin necesidad de alteración.
