I could not understand the title, but your post is very nice.

People in Steemit are a bit brutal. I think money has an effect on this. Sad situation :(
No, not "a bit brutal", but selfish and greedy. And dishonest too.
There is a thing on the Steem blockchain, called "false/fake positivity". The majority of the people are not honest here. They write comments, which may look positive, but they are not. Many people are writing these (often bot-like and spam-like) comments to get attention to their own posts.
What do you expect from Steemit, brother. 99% of the people here, perhaps 100, are here for money. So they won't be honest. Because virtues like honesty in the world are almost gone.
I would expect people to at least use the platform naturally. But they are not doing that. They just/only doom the platform by their own self-centered behavior. People are not grown up to this platform.

I miss the old days, old tv series, the black humor... These days people feel insulted about everything. I learned it is good to have a good laugh about yourself, misery, religion, other races, the pope, etc, etc. It's no longer allowed. Even a handshake is insulting but I do not like to be kissed by everyone instead of.. (Not that I like a sweaty handshake).
Soon we forget to laugh, we no longer know what "ironic" or "a joke" or black humor means. Rowan Atkinson spoke about it, fought for that right...
If you feel easily insulted it's better to have a closer look at yourself.
